The AGL Program helped me understand my hidden strengths and uncovered blind spots in how I lead my team and I interact with others. The tools available to create a development plan make it easy to follow through on action items. Feedback from senior leaders in a development program that I facilitate indicate this is one of the best parts of their cohort experience in that it improves self-awareness, accountability, and ultimately, their leadership skills.

Whether you are a small family business with 5 employees or Exxon, your success in the near and distant future depends on how effectively you make talent decisions and execute. We'll not only discuss a proven process for this, we will also enable you to generate some of the data on yourself that makes this validated approach so powerful. The focus of your time with us will be on experiencing how BCF Data can impact your own effectiveness and your organization's people decisions.

What you will get for your 3 hour investment (besides lunch)?

  • See firsthand how a set of insightful behavioral data, which can easily be obtained from your associates, can take your personal and leadership effectiveness as well as your succession/talent planning to the next level.

  • When you register, we will send you a link to complete a validated behavioral factor assessment (22 minutes) to create your paradoxical tendencies and stressor analysis. During the event, we will debrief this data and provide you with a detailed report that will provide valuable insight into how you make decisions, form judgments, solve problems, get things done through people, communicate and several other key areas. We will show how this is related to specific job success and how it is used to improve performance and retention. ($250 Value - 1 per organization unless otherwise discussed).

  • When you leave this workshop, you will walk away with an understanding of the many benefits of this data on the following areas:

    • Succession / Talent Planning

    • Leadership Development

    • Personal and leadership effectiveness

  • You will get an understanding of how specific data that you may not have been aware of, can greatly improve personal development, leadership development and talent management.

  • You will leave this workshop with an understanding of how to be an effective agile growth leader , one who can deal with the rapid pace of change and the emergence of complex not just complicated challenges.

CGL Data-focused model

Tek System’s CLO Chris Harry who had all 7000+ employees assessed and debriefed speaks to some of the benefits:

"The ability to coach differently and look at paradoxes and some of the specific reporting within the tool, when you can have a conversation with an individual around what the data is saying about how they show up every day to work, and how you use that to have help them drive their performance in the company. We have heard time and time again from our leadership that. Those reports and the ability to have those detailed conversations has changed the game for us."

An example of some of the data you'll see on yourself

Until the early 1900s, the understanding of light by scientists was confined to either/or logic. Some believed light was a particle and others believed, a wave - both groups based this on various but different experiments. The either/or logic had to be abandoned and the paradox of light, the both/and view, adopted. This led to quantum physics and many other things. Later in the 1900s, the understanding of human nature was advanced greatly by abandoning either/or logic and the advances continue. Unfortunately, much data on human behavior, like personality types or work styles are based on either/or logic and not very useful for people decisions.

Come join us and explore your behavioral paradoxes and see the possibilities.

In a Ted Talk-like speech, The Data I Discounted, Adam Goldenberg, Founder/CEO of TechStyle, an INC5000 company that grew to a $1 Billion in sales, discussed the paradox data he used to make people decisions in building his company and how it enabled his success.

His conclusion:

"So that's the data I ignored for the first sixteen years and now I attribute my success to it. That's my view, you know, get this data on your people and use it.

What is a typical scenario leading to the implementation of the Agile Growth Leadership Program?

Managers in organizations are having to deal with rapid change and unpredictability like never before and finding that their leaders are not prepared. They don’t have the mindset that promotes learning and growth, and they often lack both the agility and the interpersonal savvy to deal with what comes at them.

As illustrated in the video scenario (right), finding true strengths and relevant challenges is a foundational step and then using that self-awareness to build a more effective mindset and winning habits and behaviors is the key.
