“It is an exciting time at the Center for Growth Leadership as we’ve assembled an incredible team and set of processes to assist organizations as we climb out of the crises of 2020. Those who move on with great success will be the ones who simultaneously address their competencies, mindsets, and habits to improve their self-awareness of their leaders, the effectiveness of their teams and the focus of their organization. “

“Often, the data on the people side of an organization is of poor quality and not valid or even timely. It gives false confidence and security to leaders. A key reason for the development of our Growth Leadership Assessment as part of the Growth Leadership Framework is to ensure there is good data on which to base decisions and actions.” Alan Hoffmanner.

“A big focus of ours, at the Center, is to ensure we have the optimal framework for helping most organizations respond to the world as it is, not as we’d like it to be. We face increased unpredictability and surprises from every facet. There is a way to deal with this complexity that we have termed the Growth Leadership Framework. The GLF incorporates the continuous improvement paradigm which necessarily involves a Growth Mindset and an ability to be agile and deal with decision-making and problem finding in an increasing complex environment.”
