Anne Sandberg is a partner at the Center for Growth Leadership and the Managing Director of the Product Development Center of Excellence
Anne is the founder of Predict Success, a management consulting firm specializing in the use of workplace assessments and is a Managing Partner for Harrison Assessments. Anne coaches business leaders, writes frequently, and has trained dozens of other coaches and consultants over the past 25 years.
Anne earned an M.S. degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Cal State University at Los Angeles and a B.S. degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Anne’s expertise includes building competency and culture models for organizations, designing and leading benchmarking studies, crafting organizational development initiatives, and leadership coaching. Anne writes training content, speaks professionally, and blogs frequently.
Anne has worked globally with large organizations such as Toyota Materials Handling, Disney Animation, Dole Food Company, Goldman Sachs, Freshii, Honeywell, Curves, Bakkovar, and the Wonderful Company. She has worked with many public sector agencies including the L.A. Unified School District, City of Pasadena, City of Redondo Beach, Orange County Municipal Water District, Colorado Springs Utilities, Jefferson National Parks, City of Las Vegas, State of Hawaii, L.A. Firemen’s Credit Union, and others. Most recently, Anne has been consulting mostly with start-up founders and executive teams, investors, and others pursuing and investing in developing a stronger Growth Mindset.
Prior to going out on her own to form Predict Success in 1999, Anne was an HR Manager at TransAmerica Life Companies in several departments: recruitment and selection, employee relations, and training and development. She started her career at the Los Angeles Unified School District as an Examiner, where she developed and validated employment tests for use with the non-teaching workforce. Anne created Interview Generator, an online interview-building portal (www.buildaninterview.com).
For fun, Anne enjoys socializing with family and friends, hiking, travel, and Pilates reformer classes. She has an adult son with autism and is a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. Anne is also well-known for making exceptional margaritas.
