Judi McMullen

Judi has 30 years of industry experience in the field of Human Resources and Executive Coaching. She is a high energy, committed business partner who empowers leaders to overcome obstacles and reach their professional goals. Judi’s strength is providing sustainable results through increased accountability, commitment, and trust. Judi’s deep experience includes leadership development, performance management, reward/benefit strategies, succession planning and executive coaching. Judi’s diverse background includes manufacturing, professional services, sales & marketing, healthcare and higher education.

Her experience is utilized most effectively in partnering with clients to grow competitive advantage through improved accountability and leadership. She emphasizes the use of competencies and metrics in driving change and developing successful leadership programs. Judi customizes client initiatives to their specific needs. She is regularly engaged by clients to serve as a facilitator for team-based training. (Crucial Conversations, Inside Out, The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team- formally known as the Five Dysfunctions of a Team) Judi is also a coveted national speaker on topics of employee development, women as leaders and health & wellness in the workplace.
