Michelle Serra
Michelle is the Director of Client Services at the Center for Growth Leadership. Her responsibilities include managing client relationship, on-boarding new customers, assisting with behavioral assessment debriefs, operations management and business process improvement.
Before coming to the Center and before working for CGL partner, Agiledge, Michelle has worked in Marketing Services focused on training and development, quality assurance and team management. She graduated from Saint Benedict College with a B.S. in Information Technology.
What attracted you to the CGL?
CGL’s Mission which is to create leaders who grow, empower, and engage their team; thus, improving the organization. Understanding the team and knowing their strengths, weaknesses, challenges and idiosyncrasies can equip a person with knowledge, habits, and mindsets to successfully achieve their BIG goals. Having worked with 100s of people to help them understand themselves using the power of the debrief of a Behavioral Suitability Assessment, I have seen the power of one element of the CGL focus. When combining it with the others, I believe there is no better system for making change happen in organizations and communities.
In her spare time, besides planning her next travel expedition, she likes to spend time with her daughter creating… Michelle is also an excellent cook and has recently taken up high intensity interval training. (Watch out!)
