Shwetha Pai

Shwetha Pai is a partner at the Center for Growth Leadership, the CEO and Co-founder of OrgAnalytix; a tech startup specializing in data-driven decision making for companies looking to build diverse and inclusive organizations and Managing Director of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Center of Excellence.

She has over 18 years of experience in executive decision support and strategic financial advisory.

Shwetha earned her MBA from Columbia Business School and is also a graduate of Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.  

Through her 18-year career, she has worked in a variety of senior finance and strategy roles providing key decision support to CEOs, business leaders, and Investors. Her passion however for the underrepresented community and how they are included within the current company norms pushed her to leave her Finance career and start her own tech startup, OrgAnalytix.

Shwetha’s expertise includes data-driven decision making, strategic problem solving, and innovative transformation. She uses those skills to develop a sustainable solution to help managers measure Inclusion in their teams with Employee KPIs and operational metrics and ensure that diversity programs in place are in fact having the desired results.  Her training in Lean Manufacturing System has also instilled the discipline of continuous improvement and people driven change management, the two pillars used to develop a Lean Diversity Framework for OrgAnalytix clients.  
 
As a minority woman leader whose career has been in predominantly male industry, she is passionate about mentoring other leaders, providing that ladder back for someone else to come up behind her, but also to help make room for diverse peers to join my conversation. 
 
On a personal note, Shwetha is an avid traveller and has visited 32 countries at last count. She particularly enjoys traveling with her young daughters - her oldest is 8 years old and has already been to 14 countries! Shwetha is a polyglot who grew up quad-lingual, and studied 5 other global languages (though remains fluent in only 3). She enjoys the Cincinnati Ivy League and Mensa communities and is dedicated to mentoring founders, entrepreneurs, and leaders, especially those in the underrepresented women and minority communities.
