Suzanne Miklos, Ph.D.

President and founder of O.E. Strategies, Inc., Suzanne Miklos has over 20 years consulting experience in a variety of leadership growth projects, including assessment, succession, competency-based development programs, culture building and support of change initiatives.

Much of her experience is in helping organizations in manufacturing, healthcare, financial and public sector industries grow competitive advantage through improved leadership and culture. She emphasizes the use of data in driving change and developing successful client programs tailored to their specific change management needs. She is regularly engaged by clients to serve as a facilitator for groups and teams. Dr. Miklos routinely speaks to women leaders.

Dr. Miklos’ coaching work is supported by experience in business and broad training including Gestalt, Hudson Institute and Newfield Institute. She primarily coaches directors and above including C suite. Her coaching work focuses leaders on how they deliver the best of themselves and adapt as their organizations grow and change. She notes that each of us observes the environment in a way that both creates and eliminates options. Fine tuning the ability to first see clearly then authentically deliver strengths is at the core of successful leadership.
