Yvonne Ravad is the VP of Strategic Partnerships and Development at the Center for Growth Leadership.   Yvonne connects with  CHRO’s, VP’s and C-suite executives to take teams to their highest level of performance.  The ultimate goals of these partnerships are improved ROI for business that includes more effective communication strategies, increased sales, more efficient processes, and greater employee engagement which leads to better productivity and ultimately a win-win for both organizations and individuals.  She identifies gaps in performance and steps to move to the next level through the training, coaching, and assessments offered by CGL..

In the past she has worked for diverse organizations including Fortune 100 companies like KPMG and Glaxo (formerly SmithKline & French) as well as Manpower, TriStaff,  Ithaca College and several smaller $50M organizations.  Her knowledge of Sales, Recruiting, Operations, Management, and Training in multiple industries gives her a broad perspective to better understand and support CGL clients to maximize their results.

She has a BA degree in Psychology with a neuroscience concentration and she is a continuous learner.  Yvonne is also certified with the leading  behavioral suitability assessment system, a predictive behavioral tool that provides clarity on strengths, values, goals, and development opportunities.
