Dear Prospective Participants,
I think we all realize the many repercussions from leaders who do not have the capabilities and self-awareness to make effective decisions and create a suitable work environment that leads to success. Reduced productivity, attrition, increased diversity issues and reduced proactivity - among others. The problem is that most so-called fixes do not get the desired results. The 2 major causes are a lack of good data on each person and a focus on the wrong things. Consider this, as we progress toward the conclusion of 2021, conventional leadership mindsets and habits are not yielding positive results due to 3 reasons: The increasingly rapid rate of change, the breadth and pervasiveness of the change (values, technology, people-diversity) and the increasing unpredictability of the change (globalization, complex interactions…). These affect organizations of all sizes.
To address these challenges above, our team at CGL and our client partners developed the Agile-Growth Leader Program. It uses a unique and comprehensive data-driven approach to individualize the approach to each leader but also uses the data to determine what areas need to be addressed. In addition, for organizational programs, we pull in employee data on diversity and inclusion - either from our own validated tool (Building Inclusive Workplace Survey) or from current existing data you may have. This typically proves to be a rich area on which to focus, as the participating leaders work on their leadership behaviors and mindsets.
This program, which was under re-development in 2019 and 2020 with a mix of Fortune 200 and INC5000 organizations, is now accepting new participants. Because of the process we have and the metrics we use (before and after), we also have the ability to negotiate a guarantee of results. Please let me or my colleagues know if you wish to discuss further!
All the best!
