Today we introduce the Center for Growth Leadership (CGL), it's both an institution and a focal point for the mission of its member organizations and principals. We hope, as you explore our communications at CGLEAD.ORG that you will find value for your organizations and communities.

In a complex and sometimes chaotic world, who will thrive? At CGL, we strongly believe it will be those who adapt with continuous purposeful learning and inventiveness to solve both work and community-based challenges. In doing so, they will grow and adapt to new ways of working and accomplishing their goals and aspirations.

To achieve success in this environment, leaders must transform themselves, their teams and their organizations by learning to multiply talent building organizations. We believe this transformation will require a mindset focused on continuous purposeful learning and growth enabled by an ability to take smart risks, by being responsive to change rather than reactive and by being mindful of their impact on others, society and our world. Others are working on related often more specific foci like the growth mindset, the learning organization, the multiplier mindset, the multiplier effect and a few others. Our contribution which, we believe, furthers the thinking in this area, is the Growth Leadership Framework which adds more emphasis on problem solving and decision making in an increasingly complex and volatile world.

We can help you become a growth leader with our Growth Leader Framework. Our model is rooted in science of decision making, building agile teams, growth mindset and learning.

Over the course of 2020, we will be further building out the foundational elements to optimally implement this framework in organizations and communities.
