Survey and Data Analysis Overview
Goal
To quantify employee attitudes, beliefs, and experiences related to diversity and inclusion. The assessment supports ongoing efforts in evaluating and improving the climate relative to diversity and inclusion. It pinpoints areas of concern and areas of strength, so leaders take action to address and improve the employee experience, innovation and culture of the organization.
