Survey and Data Analysis Overview

Goal

  • To quantify employee attitudes, beliefs, and experiences related to diversity and inclusion. The assessment supports ongoing efforts in evaluating and improving the climate relative to diversity and inclusion. It pinpoints areas of concern and areas of strength, so leaders take action to address and improve the employee experience, innovation and culture of the organization.

Data to assist in achieving the following objectives:

  • Enhance diversity and inclusion policies and practices

  • Strengthen organizational climate and employee experience

  • Identify, promote, and assess programs & practices which contribute to or hinder inclusion, diversity, and cultural awareness

  • Target training and awareness opportunities for employees

  • Strengthen recruitment and retention efforts to ensure diversity in our workforce
