THE CENTER FOR GROWTH LEADERSHIP; THE INCLUSIVE AGILE GROWTH LEADER PROGRAM
Effective Leadership Development for Building Inclusive High Performance Change-Responsive Cultures
Why is this program uniquely able to accomplish this?
It's the data…
We use the Building Inclusive Workplace's DEI Survey often with optional Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) and tie the results back to individual leaders to determine how inclusive they are and in what areas… Moreover, the key threats and opportunities identified are folded into the leadership development effort to better address problems and achieve goals.
All participants take the leading behavioral suitability assessment where over 100 traits are analyzed with special emphasis on the 34 traits in the theoretical Leading Inclusively model
The model is typically adjusted for the specific organization so it can be used to identify issues as well as predict success.
A 360 Feedback Assessment is also conducted including the key facets of effective Inclusive Growth Leaders.
After the program, before developing a sustainability plan, we measure the results.
It's the focus… (see below)
