  1. .Job Customization Fee (each time a new job is introduced) $30

Prices are cumulative not additive from here on down so hypothetically, you could look at the suitability score for John Garcia and accrue a $60 cost then decide to look further at him and get the Job Report eco package so TOTAL now becomes $135 (an additional $75 is added to cost) then you could decide to see the full package and pay a total of $285 (an additional $150 is added) putting the 3 together and then you could decide to have the person go through a developmental debrief and pay a total of $585.

    • As the next step in our talent acquisition (career development) process, I invite you to complete an assessment questionnaire. It is used to evaluate your talents and preferences as well as to determine how to make the best use of your talents. To do this, CLICK HERE. It will take 20 to 25 minutes - its best done in one sitting but you can stop and log back in with your email and it will take you to where you left off so you can complete. It can be done on mobile or PC/Mac.

  • Candidate completes questionnaire (25 minutes)

  • We run the reports as follows and send to you with a short summary

    • Job Success Analysis (run against job profile)

    • Interview Guide - Behavioral Interview Questions customized to job/candidate

    • How to Attract Candidate - A narrative summary on motivations and expectations of candidate

    • Engagement, Retention and Fulfillment Analysis

    • Paradox Analysis

    • Detail Report: Traits and Definitions - Focus on key drivers of behavior (both positive and negative)

    • Reports are briefly summarized by video or in writing and provided to decision makers with reasonable discussion as needed.

TALENT DEVELOPMENT and COACHING Focused

6. Full Report Package plus 1 hour Developmental Debrief and Follow-ups (optionally includes 20 minute summary debrief with boss) $585 ($620 with QCT) [Done commonly after 30 days for new hires for additional $220 if Talent Acquisition package done]

7. Full Report Behavioral Assessment Package AND 360 Feedback evaluation (up to 28 direct reports, peers, bosses, customers) and stakeholders plus TWO 1-hour Developmental Debrief and Follow-ups (optionally includes 20 minute summary debrief with boss) $1225

  • You provide us with a Job Description

    • If a manager, additionally we need: how many direct reports and how many total in their organization.

  • We customize a researched job template by using either the closest job or a combination of roles from our job research database and then we customize to the description.

  • When done the job is put into the system for use on future candidates and employees (so it’s a 1 time charge for each new job)

Purpose: To find out if person is suitable or not. Used to screen initially. If low, then screen out and moderate or high, then produce rest of reports.

You send the person the link, they complete the assessment, the number is shown which corresponds to the Suitability Score and then it is presented to you.

    • Quantitative/Critical Thinking Assessment Results

  • Reports summarized by video or in writing and provided to decision makers with reasonable discussion as needed.

Includes a debrief of results focused on self-awareness and performance improvement opportunities. Two Development coaching reports are provided for behaviors or competencies, the person chooses to work on. This also includes (2) two 20-minute follow-up sessions 2 and 4 weeks following the initial debrief to ensure significant implementation.

Includes a debrief of results of both Behavioral Assessment (Why?/Behavioral Causes) and the 360 Feedback (What/How am I perceived) focused on self-awareness and performance improvement opportunities. Two Development coaching reports are provided for behaviors or competencies, the person chooses to work on.  A Resource Action planning system login is provided and a Pulse 360 third assessment provided after 7 to 9 months (focused on the identified areas for improvement)


Other Services:

  • Team Paradox Report results and debrief ($250) if all participants on team have already had reports generated.

  • Succession Planning/Bench Strength Assessment (Needs Assessment/Project Plan required)

  • Agile Performance Team Program

    • Option 6 (above) is required for EACH participant

    • Once option 6 is completed, there is a full day Team Performance session (Price: ($90 * Number of participants) +$1700 + any required travel
